The Alkosser Residence in Manhatan is a small one in scope but a project that adds a few important details and gives certain directon to a residence that by virtue of its locaton, deserves to be as well organized and detailed as possible. The residence is a moderately sized one, with a master bedroom suite flanked by a rather deceiv-ingly spacious living room, a moderately sized kitchen and a bathroom. An interior designer completed part of the design, so the flavor of the interior design was a collaboratve effort. The decor has a degree of modernist design to it, which is highlighted by the modern funiture and decoratve pieces of art around the apartment.
