The Cunningham Residence in Plano, Texas was a project that was designed for a small family looking to move into a perfect starter home. With an emphasis on a feeling of openness within the residence, the master bedroom that is located on the upper floor overlooks the main living room space. By also providing a two story main living space, this intmate 2,600 square foot home creates the illusion of a very spacious and grand design for the individual. The exterior also has a porch that wraps 3/4 of the way around the entre residence, so that the homeowners can enjoy the outdoors of Texas despite its usually tempered weather.
