| Nassau Radiological Center Garden City, New York Client: This private outpatient medical facility for a radiology group practice is located on a busy street in an upscale suburban village in Long Island, New York. The design goals called for creating a landmark image for this 17,500 square foot freestanding facility. The building program includes an MRI unit, a CT scanner, two radiology rooms, three mammography exam rooms, four ultrasound rooms, nuclear medicine, six physician’s offices and all related support facilities. The exterior materials are white
baked enamel porcelain curtain wall system with dark blue tinted glazing.
The site design includes on grade parking for 73 cars, landscaping and
exterior signage. |
